Repair roof, building 935 Base Supply, by retrofitting a new standing seam metal roof system on top of the existing flat built-up asphalt roof. Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Magnitude: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. The work shall be completed in the summer of 1996. The summer at Thule Air Base is extremely short, and shipment of materials can only take place in July - August.
