The US Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for Building Demolition and Construction of New Visitors Center/Headquarters Building at the Lake Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, Errol (Coos County), New Hampshire. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide demolition and removal of existing 2,200 square foot wood structure and construction of a new 2,500 square foot wood framed Visitor Station/Headquarters Building. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 1542; size standard is $17.0 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
