Sullivan, 404-362-7293. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material and perform all work to include. Repair and Maintenance: Replace existing fan coil system with new ducted air conditioning system including air handlers, power induction terminal units, variable air volume terminal units, hot and chilled piping stystems, centrifugal pumps and required electrical systems. Install fire protection including new wtater service, new standpipe system and fire pump. Provide a new fire detection and alarm system, controls and electrical connections. New Work: Demolish existing partitions and construct new mechanial rooms for air handling units. Install new ceiling batt insulation at the 4th floor. Rewire electrical power poles and suspended ceiling recessed, fluorescent lights to provide new branch cicuits. Includes material and labor for wiring, switches and junction boxes. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract completion is 582 days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. This project is subject to availability of funds.
