Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for Boiler #2 Replacement, Bldg No. 1876, Fort McClellan, Alabama. Existing Boiler is a Cleaver Brooks model D-42 high temperature hot water boiler. Existing boiler burner is of the dual-fuel (natural gas/fuel oil) Clever Brooks model WT400X-BR1. New boiler shall have a new factory approved gas train connected to existing gas line and meter. Controllers/sensors located on and/or within boiler shall be supplied new and be compatible with existing control system and panel. Solicitation issues approximately 13 July 1995 and Bid opensapproximately 14 August 1995. This acquisition requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. SIC Code 1711/$7.0 M. Subject to Availability of Funds Project. Magnitude of project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Completion period after Notice To Proceed is 150 days.
