The principle items of work include but are not limited to the following: Furnish all materials, labor, supplies, testing, equipment, tools, transporation, and supervision required to prepare and paint the exterior 15,000 sq. ft. metal roof and siding on the covered walkway between building 142 and 143 and prepare and apply 11,000 sq. ft. of liquid acrylic membrane to the metal roof of building 141. The period of performance for this project is 3 months. The cost magnitude for this project is between 100k and 250k.
