Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision, and support in performing all operations required to renovate the AMC Maintenance Control Complex at Andersen AFB Guam. Major aspects of work include the repair/alteration of the interior partitions, suspended acoustical ceiling, and flooring. Contractor shall also upgrade the exterior elevations with spanish style roof tiles and install new aluminum glass windows/doors. Finally, replacement of the emergency generator is required, along with replacement of the air conditioning system in compliance with the Clean Air Act. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, and the performance period is 340 calendar days after the notice to proceed. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to this solicitation. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express, or DHL account numbers with their requests for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
