This project is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to add/alter the AMC control center at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The principal features of work include, but are not limited to repair of interior partitions, providing wall insulation and access flooring, replace suspended acoustical ceiling, upgrade the exterior elevations with spanish style roof tiles, new aluminum glass doors, and paver blocks, replacing air conditioning unit, revising the duct system, and replacing light fixtures. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The performance period is 240 calendar days. This procurement is 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing with a $45.00 fee for each set of bid documents requested.
