This is a change to the publication previously synopsized in CBD Issue No. PSA-1374. There has been a change in the issue and bid opening dates. The revised issue date is now on or about 28 Jul 95, and the bid opening date is now changed to 29 Aug 95. Proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice and SDB evaluation preference will not be applied. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by this agency. Requests for this solicitation must be made in writing, providing the business size and a point of contact. (184)
