This project is to provide all supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to repair the sewer Leachfield at the Norwest Field of Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The principle features of work include, but are not limited to replacing all piping from the existing septic tank, including the entire leaching field piping system; pump out and clean the existing septic tank; construct new leaching trenches, new distribution box, new manhole; grade the top soil and seed the area within the construction limits. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $ 100,000.00. The performance period is 123 calendar days. This procurement is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express or DHL account numbers with their requests for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
