This is a requirements type contract with a basic year and four 1-year options to repair joints and cracks (airfields & roads), Andersen AFB Guam. The work includes repair joints and cracks with sealants in rigid and flexible pavements in airfields and roads which includes removal of existing sealant and surface preparation and installation of sealant. Performance period will be negotiated for each Delivery Order based on airfield access days, 1 workday per 2,000 LF of removal, surface preparation and installation of joint sealant and material completion time. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000 - $500,000 per year. Issuance of the IFB is anticipated on 28 Jul 95. This solicitation is unrestricted.
