The work to be performed will include,but is not limited to the following: remove the existing boilers and hot water heating system including pumps, piping, finned tube radiation and enclosure; remove the existing gas fired heater and associated flues, gas piping, and controls; seal outside air openings and roof penetrations, patch to match existing surfaces/finishes; and provide and install a new hot water heating system to service the entire reserve center building at Ithaca, New York.
