This IFB is for providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision to slurry seal asphalt pavements at Ft McCoy WI on an as needed basis. Work could also include: crack sealing, full depth patching and shallow depth patching. The type of sealer, required for thse projects, is to be a hot asphalt emulsion sealing slurry. 27 separate projects are included in this bid; projects willbe ordered by delivery order during the contract period. The magnitude of ths project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Request for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package. No personal, company, registered checks or cash will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. (184)
