This is a requirements contract to replace driveways at Andersen AFB, Guam. The work includes demolition and removal of debris from old driveways, installing new driveways, install/repair curbs as required, and all other work shown on drawings and/or miscellaneous incidental work not shown, that may be required to complete the project. Basic contract will be one base year plus 3 option years. Performance period will be 60 days plus 5 days per driveway as established by each delivery order. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000 per year. Issuance of the IFB is anticipated on 18 Jul 95. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to the solicitation. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing.
