date is 25 July 1995. This solicitation is available only through the
CECOM EBB (SEE BELOW). All responsible sources may submit a bid which

addition, please note the following: ''The U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS
ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin
Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal Request for Proposals
(RFPs) and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) from Government to Industry.
EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM FT. MONMOUTH
FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL BE SOLICITED
VIA THE EBB. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM
are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM
EBB system. To become a user of the EBB you will need an identification
code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the
necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system.
Detailed information regarding system requirements is contained in the
U.S. Army CECOM EBB User's manual. A User's Manual, Identification
Code and password will be issued upon request. All requests must
include 1) Company name, 2) Point(s) of contact name(s) and title(s),
3) return addres(es), and 4) telephone number(s). Please send your
