(FAA) has completed the process of selecting eligible vendors who
through the STARS minimum qualification process, have proven the
capability to successfully fulfill the agency's minimum needs. The
STARS minimum qualification process was conducted under the limited
competition authority provided the FAA by 49 U.S.C. 40110(b)(2)(E), in
lieu of the prequalification process promulgated by 41 U.S.C. 253c and
FAR Subpart 9.2. Based the above, the following vendors (in
alphabetical order) are eligible to participate in operational
capability demonstrations (OCDs), to submit proposals for
consideration, and may compete for award of the STARS contract: (A).
