Complete design for new construction of an approximate 24,000 Sq Ft. operations building, and design the demolition of approximately 23,000 Sq. Ft. of existing buildings at Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Oregon. This facility will house the Base Commander and his staff, Base Clinic, Environmental Office, Security Police, and the Base Command Post. The design will consist of investigative, design, and construction inspection services. Responding firms will be evaluated in the following areas; (1) Professional Qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the specified amount of time; (4) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private companies; (5) Location in the general geographical area of the project; (6) Volume of DOD work previously awarded.
