F -- APPLICATIONS FOR INCLUSIONS ON ESTABLISHED LIST OF RESPONSE ACTION CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Underground Storage Tank Division will be accepting additional applications for inclusions on the established list of Response Action Contractors to conduct work at leaking underground motor fuel tank sites eligible for cost reimbursement pursuant to Louisiana's Motor Fuel Underground Tank Trust (R.S. 30:2195). After September 15, 1995, no additions will be made to this approved Response Action Contractors list until December 15, 1995. Only those contractors listed will be authorized to conduct response action activities at sites eligible for reimbursement from the Trust. If you are already a member of the established list, please disregard this notice. (188)
