The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic ordering Agreement N00024-96-G-5100 with Hughes Aircraft Company, 1901 West Malvern Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92634-3310. Orders will be issued for the material and services, including equipment changes which may include installation and support, provide or perform refurbishment or perform Audit Survey/Removal Support and reinstallation support for the AN/UYA-1(V), AN/SYA-4(V), AN/UYA-4(V) and AN/UYQ-21(V) Navy Tactical Data Systems Equipment. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Hughes Aircrafat Company is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design and production knowledge to provide the required services. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
