The extent of demolition work is the entire building 210 approximately 683 SF including footings and foundation walls. Building 335 approximately 3300 SF, including footings and foundation walls. The 10,000 gallon water storage tank shall be removed and disposed of/salvaged as a part of the contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and transportation necessary to provide for demolition of the buildings in accordance with the Statement of Work. Standard Industrial Code is 1795; related small business size is $7.0 M. The estimated magnitude for this project is $25,000 to $100,000.
