Wilson, 8464 Ceder Creek Ridge, Riverdale, Georgia for non-personal services for a Project Coordinator to develop and implement community-based mentoring programs for ``At risk'' students at designated schools to be adopted by the Government. ``At risk'' students are primarily viewed as those who are unlikely to graduate from high school The contractor shall furnish all coordination, personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and any other necessary resources, except as specified as Government furnished, to administer a comprehensive mentoring program. The Project Coordinator must possess a Master's level degree in the social science areas (social work, psychology, or counseling related background). A Bachelors degree in the same content areas combined with a minimum of seven years of direct counseling and/or community organization experience may be substituted for the Master's degree. Additionally, experience in public speaking and specific experience in the development and coordination of youth programs are preferred. A resume including three professional references will be submitted prior to the awarding of the contract. Contractors who can provide the required services should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to provide the services. Responses to this notice must be received in writing to the above address within 45 days of the date of publication of this synopsis. If no response is received, an award will be made to Jean V. Wilson. If a response is received that meets the Government's requirements and analysis of both technical and pricing documentation indicates that a competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Governent, then a formal solicitation may be issued.
