This is a notice of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a Fair Housing Services Center (FHSC) as required by a consent decree resolving litigation in a case known as Sanders v. HUD. The FHSC will be responsible for performing a number of activities to facilitate the desegregation of federally assisted low-income housing in the jurisdiction in which the ACHA operates. It will make all offers and provide appropriate counseling to all applicants on a merged waiting list of applicants for ACHA and other subsidized housing providers. This solicitation will be available on or about July 5, 1995.
