Combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract to be awarded for an initial period of 12 months commencing within 15 days after award or on 1 December 1995, which ever is latest, and ending 30 November 1996. The Government may extend the term of the contract for a term of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. The prposed contract is 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
