V -- RELOCATION OF EQUIPMENT AND OFFICE FURNITURE WITHIN THE CURRENT BUILDING SOL RFQ95-016 DUE 072495 POC Contact Point, Tobin Richards, (214)655-6512, Contracting Officer, Brenda Durden, (214)655-6510 The Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 Dallas Office intends to purchase services for the relocation of office furniture, office equipment, and work stations between and within floors 6, 7, 9, 12, and 13, of the current office space located in the Fountain Plaza Building at 1445 Ross Avenue, Dallas TX. The relocation will take place in Phases. Phase II to begin 8/3/95-8/6/95, Phase III from 8/17/95 to 8/20/95, Phase IV from 8/31/95 to 9/3/95 and Phase V from 9/14/95 to 9/17/95. All work will be completed by 9/17/95. The relocation services will also require the contractor to provide boxes, labels, and disconnection and reconnection of ADP equipments. The contractor will be required to provide its own material handling equipment, such as dollies, machine carts, tools, etc. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
