The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, leasing (which shall include the general maintenance of structure), and removal of a new relocatable building, totaling 7,280 square feet, with approximate dimensions of 65 feet by 112 feet. This facility is to be located on the north side of Building 3159, Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. The building shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities (sewer, water, electrical), electric power distribution panels, telephone hookups, fire alarm, and emergency lighting. The unit shall be clean and in good physical condition, including interior and exterior appearance. The unit is to be ready for occupancy within 120 days after award.
