Furnish, install and maintain domestic type washers and dryers in various buildings on Ft. Monroe, VA. Washers shall be domestic, 15-pound, 6-cycle, large capacity, minimum 1/3 horsepower. Washers shall be capable of operating on 20-amp circuit. Dryers shall be electric, large capacity, minimum of 1/4 horsepower. Dryers shall be capable of operating on 30-amp current. Stacking washer/dryers will be electric, domestic type with dryer as top unit. New equipment must be installed and operational no later than 1 OCT 95. Contract performance is Base Year (12 months) with three one year options. A firm Fixed price contract is anticipated. DABT57-95-B-0078 will be issued o/a 17 JUL 95.
