The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Quantity contracts for the capture, care, and transport of wild horses and burros located in the States of Nevada, California, Colorado, Oregon, and Utah. BLM may issue Delivery Orders under multiple contracts as gathers are scheduled. The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform each ordered capture. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses whose average annual receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years do not exceed $3.5 million, under SIC 8999.
