(b) ''Romeo'' and ''Sierra'' Wharves: Replace saltwater and potable water service valves including backflow preventers at valve pits; replace one concrete valve pit; replace steam branch piping and condensate drain lines at valve pits, and service outlets; and replace pit covers and provide new guard. (c) ''Victor'' Wharf: Replace saltwater and potable water lines, service valves including backflow preventers at valve pits; repair concrete valve pits; and replace valve pit covers and pipe guard.
