Grout Bay Picnic Area project consists of removal of existing wood barrier posts and rails. Construction of bituminous paved entrance road, 6 spurs and 4-foot wide trail system to 6 new picnic sites. Installation of a new double rail fence and gate. Remodel of an existing restroom to meet the accessibliity standards. Greys Peak Trailhead project consists of removal of existing wood barrier posts and rails and a 4000 gallon water tank. Construction of bituminous paved entrance road and 17 spurs. A native surface trail system leading to 3 new picnic sites. Installation of a new double rail fence and gate. Contract time is 65 calendar days. Estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000.
