REPLACEMENT AT THE INLAND EMPIRE JOB CORPS CENTER, SAN BERNARDINO,

219-8706. This project consists of the replacement of the HVAC systems
and controls in Buildings ``E'', ``F'' and ``G'', and the replacement
of the roof at Building ``H'', at the Inland Empire Job Corps Center
located in San Bernardino, California. The work also involves the
removal of the solar equipment located on the roof of Building ``H''
and the installation of gutters, downspouts and splashblocks to control
run-off. The existing facilities at the Center must remain in operation
during construction. The period of performance for constructon is 154
calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated cost
range of construction is beween $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Initial
Plans and Specifications will be available on July 24, 1995, only from
the Architect/Engineer firm of Rachlin & Rachlin Architects, 3625
Hayden Avenue, Culver City, California 90232. Contact Mr. Richard
Ingrassia (310) 204-3400 for additional information. Collect calls will
not be accepted. It is emphasized that requests for plans and
specifications should be directed to the A/E firm listed above to
ensure proper handling of requests. Plans and specificaions will be
made available for pick up at the A/E's office and also for delivery at
an additional charge. Requests must be in writing and will be answered
on a first-come, first-serve basis until the initial supply is
exhausted. For requests made after the initial supply is exhausted, a
non-refundable fee not to exceed the actual cost of reproduction of the
IFB documents (to be determined by the Contracting Officer,) plus a
shipping charge based on each individual request (if applicable) will
be required in order to obtain the IFB documents. Pre-Bid Walk-Thru is
scheduled for August 8, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. (local) at the Center.
This will be the only opportunity to review the job site prior to
submission of bids. Bid-Opening is scheduled for August 31, 1995, at
