Space and Missile Systems Center, Directorate of Operational Contracting, Construction Division, Los Angeles AFB, California is seeking interested sources to Replace Boilers in Buildings 115 and 120 in Area ''A'' at Los Angeles AFB. This acquisition consists of, but is not limited to removal of existing boilers No 1 & No 2 in building 115 and boiler No 2 in building 120, including all piping, breeching, controls, two (2) hot water heating pumps with branch piping to main, all electrical wiring and circuit breaker in Motor Control Center. Provide and install three (3) new 1,700,000 BTUH input gas fired boilers with boiler in line pumps, (one for each boiler),Install two (2) new hot water heating pumps including all branch piping,baromatic damper electrical wiring and circuit breaker in Motor Control Center. Provide and install chimmey exhaust fan on topof existing boiler flue stack. New boiler control system including controller, sensors, conduit and wiring. Work in building to be conducted simultaneously.IFB F04693-95-B-0011 is expected to be issued on or about 21 July 1995. Bid opening will be on or about 22 August 1995. Estimated contract performance time is 120 calendar days.
