Scope of work requires demolition of significant portions of the first floor and limited portions of the basement to do a complete renovation of the first floor, including seismic upgrade of the entire building, installation of new power and HVAC systems for first floor, installation of a new sprinkler system covering the attic, first floor and portions of the basement. Limited work addressing the relevant handicapped access code issues. Total estimated performance period is 180 calendar days.
