The work of this project consists of constructing a 44-car paved parking area at North Bar Lake Parking Area at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Empire, Michigan. Other work shall include but not be limited to clearing and grubbing, site grading, concrete curb and gutter work, asphalt paving, wood platform/walkway construction, and backfilling and seeding around construction disturbance. A site visit is planned. The site visit will be offered to all bidders on one day only, the solicitation package should be consulted for details. Performance period is approximately 90 days from issuance of notice to proceed. Magnitude of Construction is $100,000 and $150,000. SIC CODE: 1611. This procurement will be awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program 100-656(241), accordingly, it is open to both small and large business.
