Work shall include, but is not limited to construction of an underground water storage reservoir, Underwing Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) Systems for aircraft hangars, wet pipe sprinkler systems, pumphouse and distribution system, and smoke/heat detection systems. The performance period is 240 calendar days with an estimated construction cost between $500,000 to $1,000,000. A firm fixed price contract is expected.
