The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the reworking the HVAC system in the administrative area, followed by an overall re-balancing of the entire HVAC system. Work includes new air-handling units, considerable work on the existing system ductwork, new ductwork, removal of some existing ductwork, etc., according to plans and specifications contained in the solicitation package. Since the airconditioning system is used year round, seven days a week, airconditioning outages (unless for very short periods of time of less than one hour) will be limited to Sunday hours. The estimated cost range is between $145,000 and $175,000.
