PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Provide all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and work necessary to complete project in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work consists of but not limited to: removal and disposal of four cab windows with thicker insulated glass and commercial type frames; coat stairwell walls, from cab to subjuction level, with fire-retardant coating; firestop 3-each floor penetrations; provide and install a fire detection and alarm system; and perform incidental lead-containing paint removal and disposal. Magnitude is from $100,000 to $250,000. Performance period is 270 days calendar days. Solicitation packages will be limited in supply and issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. Packages will be sent upon written request.
