Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work designated to remove and replace the roofs of 4 buildings in the Ammo Storage Area. The work includes the removal of all existing built-up roofing, blocking, flashing and underlayment down to the existing deck. Provide and install new single ply, fully adhered EPDM roof as specified. Remove existing gutters and down spouts. Replace the removed gutters and down spouts with new. Remove existing lightening protection system and replace with new system. Provide and install waterproofing as required to protect the interior of the building. Performance period is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. SIC 1761. The size standard of 7 million dollars is a three-year average annual gross revenue.
