Work will include, but not be limited to, site grading and topsoil placement to ensure proper drainage. Project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is 180 calendar days. SIC is 1771/$7.0 million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available for which payment for contract purposes can be made.
