Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to construct AGE Mobility Equipment Storage. All work to be performed at McChord AFB, Washington. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 100 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 31 Jul 95, with a bid opening date projected to be 30 Aug 95. This acquisition is being considered for SDB set-aside. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 10 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the point of contact above evidence of capability to perform and positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this office will issue the solicitation under full and open competition procedures without further notice.
