Project consists of constructing approximately 9.5 miles of trail and reconstructing approximately 1.0 mile of trail on the McCloud Ranger District, Shasta Trinity National Forest, Siskiyou County, CA. Portions of both the construction and reconstruction shall be to ``all person'' standards, the remainder will be hiking trail. Project is located along the McCloud River, approximately 60 miles north of Redding, CA. Travel on Interstate 5 to the junction with State Hwy 89, proceed approximately 20 miles east to the junction with McCloud River Loop Road in the vicinity of Fowlers Campground and Lower Falls. Project begins at Pine Tree Hollow, approximately .5 miles downriver from Lower Falls. Contract time is 200 calendar days with an estimated start date of September 25, 1995.
