The purpose of this requirement is for the performance, interface, and dimensional requirements of one skid-mounted complete ethylene glycol concentrator unit. The unit shall be capable of taking 25 gpm of a 50%, by weight, water/glycol mixture and concentrating it to, by weight, a 70% glycol/30% water mixture on a continuous bases. Delivery to Arnold AS TN shall be 26 weeks after contract award. Any responsible source may submit a proposal that will be considered.
