Kilby, Contracting Officer, 805/989-8418. This requirement is for Frequency Modulated, E-Band, Solid State, 5 Watt Telemetry Transmitters (5WTTs), NAWC P/N642AS8841. The 5WTT shall be manufactured in accordance with the Statement of Work, Government Drawings, Notice of Revisions, and Engineering Change Proposals. Total quantity of transmitters is 41 each, including two First Article Units. Seventeen (17) of the transmitters (642AS8841-2) shall have center frequencies of 2252.5 MHz. Twenty four (24) transmitters (642AS8841-3) shall have center frequencies of 2245.5 MHz. The transmitters shall operate from +24 to +32 volts DC and shall meet all specified requirements within a temperature range from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. The transmitters shall operate from -54 to +95 degrees Celsius but may not necessarily meet all requirements over this extended temperature range. The characteristic curve of the pk-pk output frequency deviation versus negative input modulation voltage shall be linear within 1.0 percent best straight line (BSL) over +/- 250 KHz deviation. The deviation sensitivity shall be set at 250 KHz per 3 volts pk-pk. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, CA 93042-5000. Deliver 2 each First Article units within 90 days after contract award. Deliver 39 each production units within 180 days after contract award.
