Travis, (317)306-3616 Modify the Navys existing AN/PRC-112(V) Survival Radios to incorporate a Global Positioning System (GPS) and provide the necessary Interrogation Unit to be used with the modified Survival Radios. The proposed RFP will provide for 8 modified 1st article radios and 3 interrogation units which will be delivered concurrently with 250 each Low Rate Initial Production units for the modified radio and 6 interrogation units delivered within 120 days ADC. The base year production quantity will be for 750 each modified radios and 10 each interrogation units delivered within 150 days after 1st article approval. Three option years will be included which required an additional 1000 modified radios with 12 interrogation units per option item. These may or may not be exercised. Various data items are required along with a 6 year warranty clause. Shipping will be FOB Dest to various sites. Quality assurance shall be IAW ANSI/ASQC-Q9001 and soldering IAW ANSI/J-STD-001A, Class 3 or if proposed the military equivalent.
