This is a notice of intent to negotiate with the Harris Corporation, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610-9983 on an other than full and open competitive basis for two (2) each of the following items: HF Transceiver (RF-5022 R/T), Amplifier, 125 Watt (RF-5032 PA-125), Mount (RF-5072), Antenna Coupler (RF-382A-02), Automatic Link Establishment (RF-5122), and High Speed Modem (RF-5110MD). The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation because they developed the engineering data to produce these transceiver systems and the Radio systems must be physically, functionally, and electronically compatible with the existing systems.
