The Immigration and Naturalization Service intends to issue and IFB for thermal infrared surveillance imaging systems, and ancillary equipment such as video monitors, remote control systems, motorized pan/tilt units and power supplies. The resulting IDIQ contract will consist of one base year and four one-year options. The annual estimated maximum quantity for the imaging system is 100 units for the base and each option period.
