202/260-7869. DynCorp Engineering & Information Technologies (I&ET),
under contract to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA),
contract no. 68-W2-0013 requests information on Automated Call
Distribution (ACD) systems that will meet the following requirements:
1) Operate with ISDN (PRI and/or BRI) in a Centrex environment; 2)
Provide flashook transfer (allow callers to transfer outside of ACD; 3)
Support a minimum of 30 agents and 6 groups/supervisors; 4) Allow for
modular growth to support a maximum of 500 agents and 50
groups/supervisors; 5) Support agents at remote locations from a single
system; 6) Provide standard ACD capabilities, including routing callers
to least-busy agent, furnishing multiple announcements per group, and
generating real-time statistics and historical reports; 7) Provide
workforce management to create and forecast agent schedules based on
call volume; 8) Use caller ID to retrieve and display incoming caller
information on agent's PC monitor; 9) Allow agents to transfer callers
and data to other agents. The anticipated RFI issue date is July 27,
