The sophisticated, ground- based electronic system relays distance information to aircraft. Delivery will be at AURORA STATE AIRPORT, AURORA, OREGON. Installation will be accomplished by the Government. Delivery date requested is November 1, 1995. A firm-fixed price contract is planned. A technical proposal is required and shall address such aspects as knowledge/experience in fabrication of DME or prior similar work experience, and capability to meet schedule requirements. Offerors must submit a written request to the Contracting Officer to obtain the solicitation package, which should be available O/A July 30, 1995.
