The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Ca., intends to procure under a Fixed Price contract an Precise Global Positioning Survey (PGPS) Data which includes the following tasks: Reduction and analysis of acquired PGPS data and assessment of the stability of individual stations in the survey network, modeling crustal block motion within the network area, and providing recommendations for changes to project data acquisition, handling, and analysis relative to the rapidly evolving technology of precise global positioning. Period of performance will be the basic year from 1 October 1995 thru 30 September 1996 with three one year options. Data delivery shall be 180 days from date of award for an interim report and one year from award for a comprehensive report.
