The Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) proposes to award a sole source contract with the Applied Science and Technology, Inc., 35 Cabot Road, Woburn, MA 01801. The 27 month effort will be in support of the $1/Carat CVD Diamond for Thermal Management Program. It will provide for Contractor support in demonstrating production technology of CVD diamond manufacture at costs suitable for broad application in semiconductor packaging.
