Request for proposal for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with an estimated value of #2 million. Contract will be cost plus Fixed Fee with a 2-year basic period and 3-year option period. The Contract will provide public involvement support on the Missouri River master water control manual. The Corps requires the services of a firm with a strong background in leading successful public involvement efforts. Public involvement activities include development of public involvement strategies and general guidance to the effort; preparation for and conduct of meetings; preparation, reproduction, and distribution of newsletters and other informational materials; and preparation and distribution of information to the public using other media. Selection of the contractor will be made on the basis of the ability to perform in all of these areas.
