This procurement is for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for the High Mobility DGM Assemblages (HMDA) and is a Sole Source Acquisition to Laguna Industries Inc. (LII), Laguna, NM under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) and FAR 6.302(B)(1), only one responsible source. Procurement will be a modification to contract DAAB07-94-C-F774 which was awarded to LII, as an 8(a) Set-Aside, for the production of HMDA. Acquisition will be for a base year, period of performance from 15 October 95 to 14 Oct 96, and two additional option years. Total estimate for this action, including all possible options being exercised, is $2.35 million.
